Doodle TunePrivacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how Doodle Tune ("we", "us" or "our") handles your information when you use the app or this website. Doodle Tune is published by Sidekick Creative Pty Ltd, Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Information we collect
Doodle Tune does not collect personal information.
- We do not require accounts, logins or registration.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- Your drawings, tunes and settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
iCloud
If iCloud is turned on for your Apple ID, your tune library is also saved to your private iCloud storage so it can sync between your own devices. This is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. We cannot see it.
Sharing
When you share a tune as audio, video or a link, the file or link goes to the app or person you choose (for example Messages, Mail or Instagram) and is handled under that app's or service's own privacy policy.
Share links contain the drawing itself, encoded in the part of the link after the # sign. Web browsers do not send that part of a link to our server, so when someone opens a shared link on doodletune.app, the drawing is read only by their own browser or by the app. We never receive your tunes.
Subscriptions and purchases
Doodle Tune Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold and processed by Apple. We do not receive your name, email or payment details. Apple tells the app only whether your subscription is active. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings, or from Manage Subscription in the app.
This website
doodletune.app is a simple static website hosted on Cloudflare. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use this to identify or track you.
How we use information
Information on your device is used only to run the app's features for you.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share any user data with third parties.
Children's privacy
Doodle Tune is made to be enjoyed by all ages. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
